How the recruitment balance works
- Your plan adds recruitments to your balance on the day you pay.
- Each candidate who joins uses exactly one recruitment.
- Interviews, shared profiles and rejected candidates cost nothing.
- You can see your remaining balance any time in your dashboard.
- When a plan expires, buy a new one — your history stays intact.
Payments and receipts
Payments are collected by NITYAN Consultancy staff by cash, UPI or bank transfer, and a receipt is issued for every payment. Your receipts stay available in your dashboard.
