We currently operate in Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Bokaro. We work mainly with MSMEs, manufacturing units, retail chains, logistics companies and service businesses — the employers who hire steadily and need people who actually turn up.
How we charge
Companies buy a plan with a fixed validity and a fixed number of recruitments. A recruitment is used only when a candidate actually joins — not when you receive a profile, and not when you interview someone.
Job seekers can use NITYAN for free. Paid candidate plans only add interview credits for people who want priority interview support.
There is no commission on salary.
