What we collect

For job seekers: your name, mobile number, email address from Google sign-in, city, education, work experience, skills, job preferences, photo and CV.

For companies: your company name, address, city, industry, contact person details, and business identifiers such as Udyam or GST number where you provide them.

How we use it

We use your information only to operate our recruitment service — matching candidates to jobs, arranging interviews, recording selections and joinings, and issuing payment receipts.

Google sign-in

We sign you in with Google using OpenID Connect and request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We never request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we do not store your Google password.

Who can see your CV

Your CV and documents are stored privately. They are never available on a public link. A company can view your CV only when you apply to their job or when a NITYAN recruiter shares your profile with them for a specific vacancy.

Data retention

Business records such as payments, receipts and placement history are retained as required for accounting. You can ask us to archive your profile at any time.
