The terms under which NITYAN Consultancy provides its recruitment services.
Our service
NITYAN Consultancy is a recruitment consultancy. We introduce job seekers to companies. We are not the employer, and the employment relationship is always between the company and the candidate.
Accurate information
You agree that the information you give us — qualifications, experience, company details and vacancy details — is true. We may archive an account that provides false information.
Company plans
A company plan is valid for the stated number of days and includes the stated number of recruitments. One recruitment is consumed when a candidate joins. Unused recruitments are not carried over after the plan expires.
Candidate plans
A paid candidate plan provides interview credits for its validity period. One credit is consumed for each interview you attend. Credits are not transferable and do not carry over after expiry.
No guarantee
We work hard to match the right people to the right jobs, but we do not guarantee employment to any candidate, or a successful hire to any company.
Acceptable use
Candidate data on this platform is confidential. Companies may use shared candidate information only for their own hiring and must not resell or redistribute it.
