Refund Policy
How refunds work for NITYAN Consultancy company plans and candidate plans.
Company plans
A company plan becomes active on the day payment is received. If no candidate has been shared with you and you request cancellation within 7 days of payment, we will refund the full amount. Once candidates have been shared, the plan is non-refundable, but the remaining validity and recruitment balance stay available to you.
Candidate plans
If no interview credit has been used and you request cancellation within 7 days of payment, we will refund the full amount. Once one or more credits have been used, the plan is non-refundable.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made by the same method used for the payment, within 7 working days of approval. The original receipt is marked as refunded and remains in your account history.
